Before contacting our technical support team, please be sure you have read the appropriate product manual and our FAQ.

Evaluation Version Users
Evaluation version is fully functional. There is no technical support offered for the evaluation version. However, you can submit your comments or concerns to htmlbuilder@ntksoft.com.

Registered Version Users
Registered users are entitled to receive email support within 12 months of purchase, please include your license info with your request.

Hours: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday (GMT+8)

Email Support
Technical Support will be provided via emails only. Please provide the following information in your email:

  • License key
  • Product version
  • Windows version
  • Error message
  • Steps to reproduce the error
Please also send us the problematic Project File and, if possible, your Excel/Access file or connection information.

Limitations on Technical Support
Technical support is limited to the reporting and correction of product defects and installation and configuration assistance. While we are happy to support your usage of our products and will help in overcoming any difficulties you may encounter, Technical Support does not include issues such as customization of templates, problems with HTML or JavaScript development, or any other issues not directly related to the workings of our software.
